I made a purchase of two magic window cleaner kits as of November 29th 2016 and have still yet to receive my purchase or even notification of order. I would really like a response to this matter or a refund for undelivered product I did not receive any notification that you got my order or when you would ship it but you had no problem taking my money.

I have been waiting patiently for something to arrive but yet to no avail.

Buying merchandise online is becoming the thing but I always hesitate to make a purchase for this exact reason of possibly getting ripped off. I hope I get a response back quickly
