Yep, same thing has happened to me, I ordered a folding beauty case, around the $40 mark, that was well before Xmas & like you have sent 3 emails with no reply from them, How can they get away with this, so unfair

Actually, I got in touch with my bank and told me to do a visa dispute form online. Print the form out and fill it in and send it off to your bank and the dispute could take up to 10 working days.
I have printed out the form and I'll be sending it off to my old bank and hopefully I can get my money back.

You can try calling your bank, but you might not be able to get your money back. I can't get mine back, I had to change banks.

Wood Make up organizer and Facial Pore cleanser
As stated before, I do not have any other contact information except the e-mail confirmations which were from str8brush.com ..... I have never received any response from them when attempts made to contact them regarding my orders.
I did post above what info showed up on my checking account when they withdrew the money. I do not know what links you are referring too, I saw both of these products originally on facebook, both of them doing promotions for the product. The make up organizer was a repeat video playing over and over with one of the ladies on it from Shark Tank...which I figured would be legit because of her.
I have ordered many many different things on line and this is the first time something like this has occurred. They should not be allowed to take the money and not send the product.

I ordered the wooden makeup box in November 2016 and they took my money but I never received my goods I have tried to contact them but no emails returned to me

That Viral Product Makeup Organizer not received
Still no resolution on this scam:(
After doing a search for the video that I supposedly ordered this product from, I discovered the video belongs to a company called qvc products but they tell me they aren't affiliated with That Viral Product. Which makes me think that the people running the scam were computer savvy enough to use the video belonging to this other company and then attaching a link to their Shopify account to accept orders and take everyone's money without sending out the products.

NO product, NO communication
I have ordered two products through two different companies with shopify and I have received neither. There is also no communication.
No reply to emails sent. How are they still getting away with this. I'm unable to shop in shopping centres due to illness, so the internet is my shopping centre and I feel like I shouldn't use it again. How can we take it further, we can't.
Why because they only contact info results in silence. Lesson learnt don't use shopify.
I'm just grateful didn't spend a fortune ! I'm just lucky I could think of alternative presents for the recipients of these products and not disappoint them.

I have my own Shopify store and I answer emails within one hour of receiving them. I would never, ever leave a customer unsatisfied.
Shopify is ripping people off in a different way. They have staff members buy products from your new store, but never exceeding the amount of your monthly fee. They continue this for 8 months. In the 8 month period you are tweaking your store, hiring one of their "experts", they flat out stole my money and did nothing!
So after 8 months of trying to make your store a success and being convinced that your store is going to be successful, also suggested was to offer more of a selection. I followed all of their advice and spent thousands of dollars for new stock. Then suddenly the sales stop coming in. I've gone 4 months now without a sale.
Now I'm stuck with tons of products and I'm committed to keep my store open to try and recoup some money. I have 87 emails and a former staff member that has verified everything I've just explained. I have much more information to add but it would take too long to explain. So now I'm stuck paying their monthly fee, thousands of dollars in products and zero money left to advertise or anything.
I know it sounds crazy but it's an absolute fact! I need more information that I can prove, witnesses, (staffers), that are willing to be whistle blowers and when I do I'm gonna expose them and sue them for the frauds that they are. I have a couple of good lawyers who say they will take my case for 1/3 of what I sue them for. If you know of anyone else who this happened to let me know, maybe we can get a bunch of people and all sue them as a class action lawsuit.
Anyway that's my story and I have a lot more work to do AND I'M GOING TO FOLLOW THROUGH!!! I hate people who rip average Joe blow off and potentially cripple them financially. I have three others who makeeps the same claims as me. I hate Shopify and everything they stand for.
